Hannah’s online sessions are amazing. I’ve never been motivated to do HIIT classes and would try and wiggle out of them but Hannah’s sessions are such good fun and vary from week to week. 

To be able to exercise in the comfort of your own home,  makes exercising so easy. Hannah is really encouraging and is genuinely so happy when we achieve goals and celebrates our triumphs.

I have noticed a difference both physically and mentally and have so much more energy.
